We would like to inform you that, in accordance with our advertiser terms outlined on our website (Section 6.3: Refunds), the funds in the amount of the Minimum Deposit, which were paid for the first time to the account, are considered non-refundable and subject to being spent in full on the Platform. Any remaining balance beyond this amount is eligible for a refund. However, please note that a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover our associated costs and fees in managing the refund process.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the same payment method and account used for your most recent payment.
To proceed with your refund request, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following details:
Reason for requesting a refund.
Payment method used for your last payment
Card number, bank account details, or crypto-wallet address where you wish to receive the refund.
Upon receiving this information, we will send you the Refund Request Form via your account email. Once you sign and return the form, we will process your refund within 1-7 business days.
